Legatics further streamlines transaction management with NetDocuments integration

End-to-end software adopted by Am 200 and UK top 100 firms bolsters offer with leading DMS partnership

London, 18 September 2024: NetDocuments customer firms of all sizes globally can now seamlessly integrate Legatics with their existing technology infrastructure and streamline transaction management from a single user interface.

With NetDocuments providing advanced internal document management capabilities and Legatics being the external front door of a transaction, the combination gives lawyers an exceptional ability to deliver their legal transactions.

Legatics’ latest version release includes a new integration that allows users to directly transfer files to or from cloud-based document management system NetDocuments, instead of relying on local drives.

Designed to save global firms time and administrative burden, the new partnership makes locating files to create lists, manage checklists and create closing binders significantly quicker and less cumbersome for Legatics customers.

The fast-growing legaltech developed the integration as part of its mission to empower the world’s leading law firms with simple software-based processes that help them run deals efficiently.

Anthony Seale, CEO at Legatics said the in-demand integration strengthened the company’s position in the digital ecosystem, where firms are increasingly seeking a network of legaltech tools that seamlessly share data. He commented, “I’m delighted to be building a partnership with NetDocuments; this integration is a compelling combined technology stack for law firms.

Our platform is built to help large firms with multiple practice areas deliver the best outcomes for their clients, so we’re thrilled to be launching such a sought-after feature. NetDocuments has proven to be extremely easy to build and integrate with. In tandem with Legatics, lawyers will be able to close deals faster with instant file transfer, customizable list creation, and efficient signing and closing set processes.”

Daniel Porus, CCO at Legatics added, ‘We started working on this integration after customer consultation. Many of our US, UK, European and Australian customers use NetDocuments and we’re always looking for ways to streamline their operations and give them back valuable time. Using a single interface will help law firms reduce administrative work and focus on high value tasks.”

Reza Parsia, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at NetDocuments, stated, “NetDocuments is committed to helping legal professionals do their best work. We’re excited about this new partnership with Legatics and the opportunities it will unlock for mutual customers and prospects, as they look to take lawyer productivity to the next level.”
