Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in customer success, legal technology, and account management, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across international markets. Most recently, she served as Director of Customer Success – International at Litera, where she oversaw a team of 20, enhancing customer relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Prior to Litera, Natalie held roles at ObjectiveManager and ALM Media, where she specialised in customer retention and growth, value realisation, and new business development.
