Collate

Are you losing track of signed pages or struggling to reinsert them into documents? Our new Collate feature matches signed pages with your documents, allowing you to quickly specify the parties and signatories to rapidly create a fully executed version. Wet-ink signing has never been simpler.

Kalina, with her expertise in introducing UK legal tech to the U.S., will be responsible for ensuring our U.S. customers have a seamless and successful experience with Legatics. With her deep understanding of legaltech and customer success, Kalina will be invaluable in growing our US customer base.

Highlights from Iltacon 2024!

We had an amazing few days at Iltacon in Nashville, where our team – Daniel Porus, Anthony Seale, Valerie Pennacchio, and Kalina Leopold Oak – reconnected with the legaltech community and shared exciting product updates. The sessions we attended were both insightful and inspiring. Here are our two key takeaways:

One of the main topics discussed was the importance of a gradual approach to technology adoption in law firms. This includes identifying internal champions to drive change providing tailored training to address specific needs and fostering a supportive culture that encourages experimentation. By prioritizing these factors, firms can ensure long-term adoption of new tools, ultimately enhancing efficiency and optimizing workflows.

AI tools, while exciting, are still in their infancy and there are lots of gains to be had with workflow improvements. While generative AI offers significant potential to transform the legal industry, it was emphasised that there’s still significant gains to be made in implementing solutions that make existing workflows more efficient.
