At Legatics, we’re all about simplifying the way lawyers work and creating a flexible, easy-to-use transaction management tool that fits perfectly into their workflows.
Product updates – coming in March
Speed up matters with simpler navigation and more flexibility
This release is all about enhancing usability—making Legatics more intuitive to use and easier to navigate.
Our redesigned navigation is sleeker, more intuitive, and built for efficiency – so you can find what you need faster, take action quicker, and spend less time navigating.
We’re also introducing new column types (single & multiple select), row, column & section duplication, drag-and-drop support for multiple rows, and bulk permission editing, so your lists will be even more flexible and customizable.
This means less restrictions, more control over structuring of your lists, and smoother workflow from start to finish.
Unlock deeper client insights and report with confidence
In the admin system, we’re introducing the ability to manage “companies”.
Companies is the first step towards giving you deeper insights into who is involved in your matters and the roles they play in them. To start, you’ll be able to assign email domains to a company you create. Once you do, we’ll automatically tell you how many users from that company have access to your matters, and how many matters they have access to.
This data will be included in your reports, helping you answer key questions like:
- What companies are involved in our transactions?
- What companies are most active in matters?
This means smarter, client-specific reporting in the short term and strategic insights to win more work in the long run. We’re looking to build this out in the future, so watch this space!
Plus, we’re introducing new data points which you can access in your reports:
- Office user insights – track regional adoption to support rollout strategy
- Matter admin counts – quickly identify admins to gain full visibility
- Client ID – keep data cleaner with a new field to report on the client ID separately from the matter ID
We’re also introducing new announcement banners, so it will be easier for you to notify users about updates, features, and downtime.
Keep an eye on our roadmaps for Legatics users & admin users, and stay tuned for our upcoming release in early March!
