Product updates
Forget the struggle of re-arranging signed pages in Adobe Acrobat or juggling file versions between NetDocuments and Legatics. We’re simplifying the process and making it 10 times easier — and the updates are now live.
Collate
Forget about keeping signed pages in a “signed files” folder and then merging them with documents on Adobe Acrobat. With our new Collate feature, you can effortlessly upload signed pages and collate them into your final document, all in just a few clicks. This new feature will simplify your wet-ink signature process.

To see the full process of how Collate works, try our interactive demos on how to manage signed pages and collate the executed version.
Integration with NetDocuments
Managing documents across platforms can be inefficient, time-consuming and even insecure, especially if files are downloaded to your local drive or shared over email.
If you’re a NetDocuments user, this is good news for you. Legatics is now integrated with NetDocuments, which means that you can easily transfer files between NetDocuments and Legatics, providing a smooth and integrated workflow.

Redesigned “My Matters” page
The “My Matters” page has been redesigned with a cleaner, more intuitive interface. This updated design enhances user experience and provides more at-a-glance information, including who is hosting the matter and the date of the last activity.

UX improvements
The release includes lots of helpful usability improvements, including:
- Export list in Excel
- Export all file versions into zip file
- Add hyperlinks to free text and comments columns in lists
- Capturing the email body in DocuSign envelope histories
- Excluding rows that don’t contain files when creating a binder
- Improved context menu for actions on rows and section
…and more!
Admin system update
We’re excited to announce upgrades to the Legatics admin system, including support for Cloud iManage subdomains and enhanced Word template management.

Onboarding resources for innovation teams
At Legatics, we are dedicated to supporting your implementation and adoption journey. To simplify the process, we have created a comprehensive Onboarding Resources pack containing ideas and content to help you get the most from Legatics, and onboard legal teams and clients effectively.
This month, we’re highlighting our pre-made presentations for legal teams, which highlight the key benefits of using Legatics and can be used for internal team meetings to raise awareness of Legatics within your firm.
You can access the Onboarding Resources Pack directly in the admin system or by contacting your Engagement Manager for further assistance.
