The role: drive awareness of Legatics in the market

The Legatics platform is an end-to-end transaction management platform focused on efficiency and client experience, transforming traditional paper and email based legal processes into simple and highly automated software that frees lawyers from administrative tasks and improves profitability for law firms.
Customers include some of the world’s top law firms, such as Allen & Overy, Hogan Lovells, Herbert Smith Freehills, Shearman & Sterling and King & Wood Mallesons. Legatics has been used globally on live transactions originating in more than 20 countries.
Legatics is regularly featured in prominent industry publications including Forbes, the Financial Times, The Lawyer, Legal Business, LegalWeek, Legal IT Insider and Artificial Lawyer.
Legatics is looking for a high-performing and ambitious marketing manager to assist with the planning and execution of its marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategies for Legatics and help to ensure that current and prospective customers know and love our brand.
You will be involved in creating promotional material and compelling content, writing copy, maintaining our website, posting to the company social media accounts and creating email-marketing initiatives. If you have a creative mind, an eye for beautiful design and the desire to push yourself to help build our brand identity from the inside out, this is the job for you.
What you would be doing:
Develop and implement clear and straightforward marketing strategies;
Oversee, optimise and write content for the Legatics website and social media sites;
Prepare reports on marketing metrics;
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities;
Assist in setting brand standards, mission and goals;
Apply design templates to company content;
Generate digital and print advertising material;
Perform any administrative duties, as required; and
Present any relevant information to senior leadership.
What we need from you:
A right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we are not in a position to support visa sponsorship at this stage);
1+ years of demonstrable experience working within a marketing agency or in an in-house marketing function;
A keen eye for good design, desktop publishing and corporate styles;
To be analytical and creative;
To have high standards of integrity and trust;
To be self-motivated and able to manage projects successfully with limited oversight; and
To have strong written communication, listening and presentation skills.
Bonus points for the following (but do not worry if not, these are not essential):
Experience assisting with the marketing efforts for a B2B enterprise SaaS company (extra bonus points if this was a start-up or scale-up).
High quality desktop publishing and design skills;
Experience with Wix website design;
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital tools; and
Familiarity with CRM systems.

You should be a self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment where everybody is learning and adapting processes from experiences gained.
