Overview
The Legatics transaction management platform was used by Mannheimer Swartling to coordinate the Conditions Precedent (CP) satisfaction process for a large wind portfolio project financing. The deal involved around ten parties and over 100 CPs. There was significant reduction in the volume of administrative work required as everything was automatically coordinated. For example, statuses and notifications can automatically update and files are easily accessible and stored next to their relevant line items. In addition, the team saw a significant reduction in time spent on CP update calls and emails.
