Legatics Limited ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Legatics provides both the Legatics front end website (hosted on the www.legatics.com subdomain) (the “LFE”) and domains hosted for subscribers to the Legatics online environment at [name of subscriber].legatics.com (the “LOE”). If you have been granted access to the LOE your personal data provided in that environment will be controlled by the Legatics subscriber (usually a host law firm) and will be subject to that host subscriber’s personal data and/or privacy policies. Your relationship with Legatics with regard to the Legatics front end website and the LOE is covered by this privacy policy.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site Legatics.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise.   • to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so; and
  • as part of our efforts to keep our site safe and secure.

  • Legatics clients’ that are subscribers to the LOE.
  • Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.
  • If Legatics or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Legatics Limited our customers, or others.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
